Distant course for journalists
The MLI held two Electronic media law distant course for journalists.

The course is the distant form of journalist’s training with the purpose of improving their knowledge in media law, international standards in freedom of expression and freedom of information and case law of the European Court of Human Rights.

The participants of the course took their training materials by e-mail 1 or 2 times a week. There were 21 training tasks in the course. Every task includes 2 parts. The main part was obligatory for learning and consists of 3 or 4 pages. The second part contained the list of additional materials on the task point (generally in the form of Internet links) which were advisable.

All the communication with the participants was provided by e-mail. The participants also had the opportunity to ask additional questions to trainer. The level of knowledge was examined by intermediate and final tests. The tests were based only on obligatory part of training materials.

The participants took their certificates after successful graduating the Electronic media law distant course.
